Background Story

In my senior year of undergrad, I was introduced to the world   of Artificial Intelligence and my vigilant mind noticed the psychology theories underling in AI/ML.
That led me to do a Masters degree in Cognitive Science where after introductory courses I decided to specialize in Human-Computer Interaction. My passion for UX grew, slowly enough that I started noticing the philosophies of UX in the patters of everyday things. I, now enjoy finding simple user-friendly solutions  to complex designs. I hyper-focus on challenging projects.

Glimpse at my work experience

UX RESEARCH INTERNSHIP: Hureo
I was fortunate enough to have my first UX job in a startup company where I shadowed my lead UX Researcher and my mentor. This internship gave me a perfect foundation necessary for a learning candidate. Since it was a startup I had much more responsibilities than an average intern. I took solo interviews of participants under budget constraints and other real world issues that are not experienced in an academic setting. I was lucky enough to get a mentor who guided me when I was wrong and pushed me towards excellency.

UX RESEARCH ASSISTANT: UTDallas
My research assistant role was in a remote team working in different parts of the country. Through such an experience I learnt skills to develop self-discipline, organization, prioritizing tasks, and how to collaborate properly in such an interdisciplinary team.

PRODUCT DESIGNER: Alphafly
My last role as a Product Designer led me to apply my learnt knowledge from my Masters education in various fields of User Research, marketing, analytics and how to handle a business front end.
